Behind another strong offensive showing, the Phoenix softball team defeated Canton last night in Freeman. Claire Loofbourrow scooted around the bases for two in-the-park home runs. Her 7 RBIs powered the Phoenix to a 15-0 victory in 2 1/2 innings. The Phoenix head to Menno this afternoon to take on the Trappers. Varsity at 4:30 PM followed by JV. Go Phoenix!

Great work out of these boys in Howard Wednesday competing in the Cornbelt Conference golf meet. Thor Aanenson won the individual championship in the varsity division, and Tannen Auch finished in 6th place. The varsity team came in 2nd place overall. In the JV division, Liam Loofbourrow finished 2nd, Trey Maske finished 4th, and Sam Friesen finished 5th. The JV team came in 2nd place overall as well.
