𝗞𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗦 𝗝𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗! 🔥 Alaric Knittel launched a throw of 160’11” today in Parker, shattering the 2024 javelin record by over 10 feet. The previous record was held by Rocky Ammann! 🙌🏻 🥈👏🏻Knittel now sits 2nd in the state in all of Class B!!🔥 🏃 The boys also tied with Viborg-Hurley today to win the meet!! 👏🏻𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗟 & 𝗕𝗢𝗬𝗦!

🔥🥎 Big night for Phoenix Softball! The girls battled in extra innings to win over MVP! 💪

Shoutout to Claire Loofbourrow for blasting a home run 💣 against Hanson in game two of the tri. The Phoenix fought hard and fell by just one run! 🧡🖤

Great work out of these boys in Howard Wednesday competing in the Cornbelt Conference golf meet. Thor Aanenson won the individual championship in the varsity division, and Tannen Auch finished in 6th place. The varsity team came in 2nd place overall. In the JV division, Liam Loofbourrow finished 2nd, Trey Maske finished 4th, and Sam Friesen finished 5th. The JV team came in 2nd place overall as well.

A great day for our Freeman Flyers Track & Field team at the Don Diede Relays!🙌🏻 The Flyers closed out the final race on our home track the best way possible—on top. 🏆 Boys: 1st Place 🥈 Girls: 2nd Place As we look ahead to a brand new track, we can’t help but feel grateful for all the memories made on this one. ✈︎ The FHS boys Sprint Medley relay finished 4th today with a New PR!! They are now sitting 3rd in Class B! 🙌🏻 🏃🏃🏃🏃Relay Members! Luke Miller, Brody Sorensen, Tate Sorensen, Luke Peters! ✈︎ The 4x400m relay ran a fast race with a NEW PR They are now sitting #2 in Class B!! 🙌🏻 🏃🏃🏃🏃Relay members! Landrei Baker, Rylee Peters, Cadence Hofer, Vaida Ammann! ✈︎ The 4x400m relay ran an incredible race with a NEW PR and a 4th place finish! Flyers Golf headed to Scotland Friday. Top placers were Tannen Auch coming in 4th place with an 80, and Thor Aanenson in 15th place with an 86. The team placed 4th overall.

🔥𝗙𝗛𝗦 𝗚𝗜𝗥𝗟𝗦 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟳 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗! The Flyers ran the 800 m relay today at the Dakota Relays, placing 4th, setting a new PR and breaking the school record, with a new time of 147.91! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ ✈︎Relay members include Cadence Hofer, Rylee Peters, Landrei Baker, and Vaida Ammann! 🙌🏻 ▫️ The record from 1977 was previously held by Sherri Heckenliable, Janis Wipf, Lisa Mueller, and Joan Mueller.

𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟳 𝗙𝗛𝗦 𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗡💪🏻 Congrats to Rylee Peters who had an incredible hurdle day at the Dakota Relays.  She ran a seasons best not once but twice and claimed the 100 meter hurdle record, previously held by Sherri Heckenliable since 1977!
