Region 4B Girls basketball originally scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2023 has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Irene-Wakonda High School in Irene. Viborg-Hurley vs. Scotland at 5:30 PM followed by Centerville vs. Freeman at about 7:00 PM.
Even though some events were postponed due to the weather, it is still National FFA week. The Freeman FFA chapter was able to hold Ag Olympics yesterday in the HS gym before the blizzard arrived. The sophomore class won! Happy National FFA week!

Congratulations to our Marion-Freeman Rebels State Wrestling qualifiers! Brody Gossen (106), Easton Tschetter (113), and Finley McConniel (120) all placed 3rd at Region 2B on Saturday. Riley Tschetter placed 5th and was selected as the alternate at 160. Great job, Rebels!

Freeman School District will start 2 hours late on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023. Buses will run 2 hours late and no breakfast will be served. Parent/Teacher Conferences will remain scheduled for today, but Grandparent day has been postponed to Thursday, February 16th, 2023.
