This message is a reminder that the Freeman School District will dismiss students at 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, September 1st, 2023. The football game is scheduled to start at 2:00 pm on Friday. An amended calendar for the school year is included in the email that was sent with this message. This calendar is posted on the school district website. There is also no school on Monday, September 4th for the observance of Labor Day.

From Freeman Academy - There was a scheduling mix up for the soccer game with West Central, so there will be no game today. Freeman Academy will communicate when and if there is a make up game.
The South Dakota Services for the Deaf has rescheduled the free hearing screenings at our school for September 25th. The screenings will include grades: K, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 11. If your child does not pass the screening, our facility will contact you with the results. If you do not want your child to participate, please contact Lori.Tschetter@k12.sd.us prior to September 25th or your child will be included as planned.
