Freeman activities for the week of January 29, 2024.

FHS Theatre participated in the Region One-Act play contest at USF yesterday. They did not advance to state but did a great job with their play, The Help Desk. Congratulations to Jocelyn Lee and Allison Bittner on receiving Superior acting awards.

Claire Hofer attended the legislative breakfast as the District 3 President and the officer training segment in Pierre last week along with the other state and district FFA officers.

Winter season Officials Appreciation week was January 14-20. We recognized the officials at two recent games. Freeman Activities for the week of January 22, 2024

The Freeman School District will start 2 hours late on Friday, January 19th, 2024. Buses will run 2 hours later than usual on open roads only and breakfast will not be served tomorrow. Thank you! Jake Tietje Superintendent Freeman School District

The BBB game vs. Menno scheduled for tonight, January 18, 2024 in Freeman has been rescheduled as a DH with GBB tomorrow night, January 19, 2024 in Menno. Both JV games will start at 4:30 PM followed by varsity girls at 5:45 PM and varsity boys at 7:30 PM.

Due to the forecasted winds and blowing snow conditions, the Freeman School District will be closing on Thursday, January 18th, 2024 at 12:30 pm. All evening activities have been postponed. Thank you, Jake Tietje Superintendent Freeman School District
