Due to wet course conditions at Valley View in Freeman, the JH Cornbelt Conference golf meet has been moved to the Irene Golf Course. The meet will start at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

Due to poor field conditions in Gayville-Volin, the Phoenix softball team will now participate in a triangular with Bon Homme and Viborg-Hurley in Yankton tomorrow afternoon instead. The Phoenix will play against VH at 1:00 PM and Bon Homme at 3:00 PM. Go Phoenix!
Reminder - Freeman Public School District is offering Driver Education this summer. See the attached letter and enrollment form for all the details. Only a few spots in the class remain. Enrollment will be opened to neighboring districts after May 10, 2024. Accomodations for Spanish speaking students will be provided.

The Phoenix had a great day at the quad they hosted in Marion with victories over Alcester-Hudson (5-2), Winner (16-12), and Arlington (21-5). The bats came alive with 39 hits over the 3 games including 2 HRs and 6 RBIs in one inning by Cami Fransen vs. Arlington. Go Phoenix!
