Freeman School District will start 2 hours late on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023. Buses will run 2 hours late and no breakfast will be served. Parent/Teacher Conferences will remain scheduled for today, but Grandparent day has been postponed to Thursday, February 16th, 2023.

Congratulations to our 2023 Elementary Festival Honor Choir delegates. The students rehearsed all day on Thursday, February 9, 2023 and gave a splendid performance that afternoon. Great job to these students and their teacher, Mrs. Sonja Waltner!

Here are a couple more weather related schedule changes.
1. Rebel Wrestling will go to the Parker Wrestling Tournament tomorrow at 10:00 AM instead of the tournament in Wagner.
2. The BBB Irene-Wakonda Classic scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed to February 11, 2023.
Due to high winds and blowing snow conditions, the Freeman School District will be closing at 12:00 pm noon on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023. All evening practices and activities will be canceled.

Congratulations to our girls and boys basketball teams in their games vs. Menno today. The Flyers won all 5 games (Boy C, Boys JV, Girls JV, Girls Varsity, and Boys Varsity) - a clean sweep! Great work, Flyers!

Great job to the Marion-Freeman Rebel Wrestlers last night at the quadrangular hosted here in Freeman. The Rebels went 3 - 1 with wins over Chester, Garretson, and Viborg-Hurley-Irene-Wakonda. Great job, Rebels!
